DONATION REFUND POLICY

Overview
Operation Homefront Heroes, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting veterans in Southwest Florida. We value every donation and work hard to ensure funds are used responsibly to support our mission.
Because donations are charitable contributions, they are generally non-refundable.
However, we understand that mistakes happen and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility for Refund Consideration
We may issue a refund under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate donations
- Incorrect donation amount entered
- Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
- Technical issues during processing
- Other exceptional circumstances
Refunds are granted at the discretion of Operation Homefront Heroes.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe your donation was made in error, please contact us within 15 days of the transaction:

Please include:
- Your full name
- Donation date
- Donation amount
- The email address used for the donation
- The reason for your refund request
We may request additional information to verify your transaction.
Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund time frames depend on your bank or card issuer.
- We cannot guarantee refunds after funds have been allocated or used in support of active programs.
Recurring Donations
If you would like to modify or cancel a recurring donation, you may:
- Log into your Donor Dashboard, or
- Contact us directly and we will assist you
Modifications apply to future charges and cannot retroactively refund past donations unless eligible under the criteria above.
